We teach our participants how to excel in their career through a series of 60-minute Power Workshops held nationwide on these topics:

Conflict Management

Diffusing conflict in the workplace can be a hard task to overcome. Office conflicts contribute signficantly to negative working environments and decreased productivity. We provide tools and techniques that will help to eliminate problem escalations while creating a resolution environment not focused on blame.

Leadership Development

Participants will learn how to effectively communicate with associates, leading to engagement and a boost in productivity. This workshop is for people in transition to leadership positions and those seeking to get the most out of their employees through team building and empowerment.

Interview Etiquette

This e-course teaches participants how to slam dunk an interview through verbal presentation, appearance and body language. Particpants learn about articulating welcoming introductions, handshakes and following-up post interview.

Salary Negotiation

Know your worth! Taking this workshop will help participants to communicate their value to potential employers and get them the salary they deserve. We want our participants to be successful and happy in their new position and taking this course will give them the tools they need to confidently go after their dreams.

Resume Building

Our Resume Building Workshop gives tools, tips and personal one-on-one recommendations for resume writing. We cover all areas from career transitions, entry-level, veterans looking to re-enter the civilian workforce, C-suite executives, college applicants and more!

Social Media-Personal Branding

Social Media is everywhere. We focus on helping our participants to ensure their online brand is void of negative images that can impact a business and their career. Consistency and strategy is key in developing a social media presence. This workshop will help to align in-person connections with online activity.
