Meet Our Founder
Work Experience & Background
Becoming an Orphan at the young age of 17 years old, Mary Davids beat the odds and became the first member of her family to graduate high school and obtain a college degree.
Her story will inspire and motivate your organization.
Landing her first office job at the age of 18, Mary worked her way up to management within one year. Since then, Mary has been referred to as a knowledgeable leader among her peers and is often recognized for her influential leadership style. She has over a decade of experience in cultivating employee engagement, employee motivation, enhancing workplace performance, leadership coaching and training & development.
Despite facing many struggles in her young adult years, Mary still made it a priority to give back to her community by volunteering at homeless teen shelters and mentoring youth facing similar hard times. Currently she voluntarily serves as President of the South Florida Chapter of the National Association of African American’s in Human Resources, a 501(c)3 certified non-profit organization.
Her influential leadership style led her to start D&M Consulting; a consultancy geared towards developing future leaders and engaging employees within organizations leading to enhanced value and business sustainability.
Having accomplished many things in her lifetime, Mary refuses to believe that adversities should define who we are. Mary is extremely passionate about helping people & organizations to reach their full potential and she believes that if we choose to see our own value and use it to help others, we can become a greater nation. The answer is in YOU.
