John Oxendine is the CEO of Blackstar Communications. Oxendine was also recognized in 2012 as an ICABA Icon for his business accomplishments and his support of black business development; particularly in media and communications.
Matt Haggman is the Knight Foundation’s Miami program Director. He has been the face of the foundation’s new efforts to accelerate a technology hub and startup community in South Florida.
